We’ve got five selections from Friday’s Euro 2020 qualifiers for our latest European football tips and are hoping to land a 30/1-plus acca if they all come in.
Don’t fret if one of the legs falters because bwin’s five-team acca insurance ensures we refund minimum £5 stakes as a Free Bet up to £25 when a five-fold is placed on the same day and a single selection goes astray.
Austria to beat Slovenia @ 18/25
The pressure is on Franco Foda’s men following losses to Poland and Israel in Group G, but we’re sticking with the team which beat Northern Ireland twice in the Nations League. West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic finished the Premier League season in fine form with three goals in his last two matches and a strong supporting cast includes Bayern Munich defender David Alaba, so let’s keep the faith in our European football tips.
Norway to beat Romania @ Evens
Lars Lagerback’s side only have one point from two matches in Group F but they have shown plenty of promise in those fixtures. Norway were on level terms with Spain after 65 minutes in Seville thanks to a Josh King penalty before Sergio Ramos also netted from the spot to settle the issue. Bournemouth striker King was again on the scoresheet in a 3-3 draw with Sweden and this is a chance to get a win on the board.
Denmark and Republic of Ireland to draw @ 13/5
These sides shared the spoils twice in last year’s Nations League encounters and also drew the first leg of a World Cup play-off in Copenhagen, with all three of those games ending goalless. The hosts have gone seven games without defeat, but Ireland are top of Group D after starting out with a couple of wins, so everything suggests this could well be another close encounter.
Czech Republic to beat Bulgaria @ 57/100
The Czechs have qualified for six straight European Championships, finishing as runners-up in 1996 and reaching the semi-finals in 2004. Getting thrashed 5-0 by England was hardly an ideal start this time around, but there were more encouraging signs from a subsequent 3-1 friendly loss to Brazil. David Pavelka opened the scoring that day and it took two late strikes from Gabriel Jesus to seal victory for the Samba Stars.
Israel to win in Latvia @ 31/50
Latvia have gone 13 games without a win, with eight losses suffered in that miserable run, including Group G defeats to Poland and North Macedonia. Israel performed with credit in the Nations League, beating Scotland 2-1 at home and only losing 3-2 in Glasgow, and are coming off a superb 4-2 triumph over Austria in this pool, with Eran Zahavi hitting a hat-trick. We reckon they are worth following in our European football tips.
