It’s week four of Italy’s domestic campaign and we’re eyeing a near-8/1 five-timer from Sunday’s fixtures with our latest Serie A predictions.

Roma to beat Chievo @ 11/50
Roma have beaten Chievo at home for five straight seasons, scoring 14 times in those fixtures and conceding only twice. Eusebio Di Francesco’s side will be keen to extend that impressive record after going down 2-1 at AC Milan before the international break and star striker Edin Dzeko should be in good spirits after scoring in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s 1-0 Nations League win over Austria on Tuesday.
Juventus to beat Sassuolo @ 1/5
Juve have kicked off their quest for an eighth straight Italian title with a hat-trick of victories – and that is without Cristiano Ronaldo getting on the scoresheet. Mario Mandzukic has capitalised on getting more playing time following the departure of Gonzalo Higuain, striking in the last couple of games, and the Old Lady are hard to oppose in our Serie A predictions, having thrashed Sassuolo 7-0 here in February.
Genoa to beat Bologna @ Evens
Bologna lost 12 times on the road last season and look vulnerable at Luigi Ferraris after failing to score in their first three league matches this term. Genoa belatedly kicked off their campaign with a 2-1 triumph over Empoli at this venue and then netted three times in defeat at Sassuolo, with Poland forward Krzysztof Piatek impressing after a summer switch, so they do have the attacking firepower to get the job done.
Lazio to win at Empoli @ 7/10
Lazio did the double over Empoli when their opponents were relegated a couple of seasons ago and are fancied to prove a cut above again. The Biancocelesti faced a tough start to the current campaign when losing to Napoli and Juventus but quickly got back on track by beating Frosinone before the international break, with highly-rated Spanish midfielder Luis Alberto on target.
AC Milan to win at Cagliari @ 39/50
The Rossoneri showed plenty of promise in an entertaining 3-2 loss at Napoli and then edged out Roma 2-1 at the San Siro in another high-quality affair, with hot prospect Patrick Cutrone grabbing a last-gasp decider. Cagliari picked up a surprise success at Atalanta last time out but we’re still hoping a progressive Milan outfit will prove a class apart in our Serie A predictions.
